Michael Simon, Interim Executive Director, joined the Boynton Beach CRA in 2007 as the Development Manager, becoming the Assistant Director in 2014 and has 20 years of private sector, municipal and CRA redevelopment experience. Michael has held positions as Program Specialist/Administrator and Community Development Division Coordinator at the City of Delray Beach, and Development Manager at the Delray Beach CRA.

He is a graduate of Stetson University in Deland, Florida with a B.A. in Sociology and has held his real estate salesperson license in the State of Florida since 1999. Michael is a member of the Realtor’s Association of the Palm Beaches, Inc., Associate Member of the Realtor’s Commercial Alliance and served on the Marina Village at Boynton Beach Master Association Board of Directors since 2007. Michael is a native Floridian, born in Boynton Beach’s Bethesda Memorial Hospital and raised in Delray & Boynton Beach.
