Mercedes Coppin joined the Boynton Beach CRA in July 2016, as the Marketing, Events, and Economic Development Assistant. Her diverse skill set and outgoing personality serve her well in the position which deals directly with the branding and marketing for the agency and designated partners, as well as special community events that the CRA executes throughout the year.

In 2014, Mercedes received her Bachelors in Multimedia Journalism from Florida Atlantic University with a special focus on Women’s Studies. She is a proud member of The Honor Societies of Phi Kappa Phi and Phi Beta Kappa. Mercedes is an avid writer, reader, and proponent for community outreach. She is working to establish her first blog, Kindred Times, which will encourage individuals to spread kindness by utilizing their time, talents, and treasures to foster a sense of community. Mercedes lives in Boynton Beach, Florida with her family.
